FBB developed two explainer films for Deprexis that communicate digital therapy in a clear, accessible and trustworthy way.
One film combines live action with 2D graphics and animation, while the second is a fully animated 2D explainer.
Together, they show how digital therapy can support people in everyday life — empathetic, accessible and easy to understand.

Challenge

Deprexis faced the challenge of communicating a sensitive topic like mental health without oversimplifying or overwhelming viewers.
The films needed to address different audiences — patients, relatives and professionals — while remaining medically accurate and emotionally accessible.
At the same time, they had to build trust in digital therapy and lower barriers to engagement.
A key challenge was visualizing therapeutic processes in a calm, respectful and reassuring way.

Our Solution

Fish Blowing Bubbles developed two complementary explainer films with distinct visual approaches.
The live-action film supported by 2D animation creates authenticity, closeness and contextual understanding.
The fully animated 2D film focuses on clarity and structure, making it ideal for low-threshold explanations.
Together, both films form a coherent communication concept that combines information, trust and sensitivity.
